Part of the EBImax range, the EM-2028 is a impact drill that switches between rotary and hammer action for masonry and general drilling. It is wired for 220V-240V 50/60Hz single-phase supply.
At 2850r/min it is geared for general drilling rather than masonry breaking, which is the right trade-off for timber, steel and plastics. Rated to S13mm, it covers the hole sizes that come up repeatedly in first and second fix work.
In practice that means plugs and fixings in brick and block, plus ordinary drilling in timber and steel.
