The EM-200V is a petrol driven concrete vibrator. Vibrating a fresh pour drives trapped air out of the mix and lets the concrete flow fully around reinforcement and into the corners of the formwork. Skip it and the concrete cures with voids and honeycombing at the face, which weakens the pour and looks poor the moment the shutters come off.
A petrol drive means it works wherever the pour is, with no need for site power or a generator, which is what makes it practical on groundworks, road and foundation work and remote sites. Typical use is slabs, columns, footings, retaining walls and any section deep enough that the mix will not self-compact.
