Angle Grinder

The EM-2024 is a angle grinder for cutting, grinding and surface preparation in steel, concrete and masonry. It runs on 220V-230V 50/60Hz mains, so it can be put on site power or a generator without a transformer.

The 8500r/min no-load speed is what gives an abrasive disc its cutting rate; the useful measure on site is whether the tool holds that speed once the disc is loaded, which is where motor reserve counts. It is set up for 180MM discs, so cutting, grinding and wire-brush wheels are all interchangeable on the same machine.

Typical work: cutting rebar and section steel, dressing welds, and grinding back concrete, render and tile.
