The EM-04A is a 1500W welding machine built to hold a stable arc through long runs and unsteady site power. It runs on 220V-50Hz mains, so it can be put on site power or a generator without a transformer.
Arc stability is the fairer test of a welding set than peak output alone: a machine that holds steady on long leads and a soft supply is far easier to work with on site.
