Diesel Water Pump

This is a six-inch diesel water pump: a self-contained, engine-driven unit for moving large volumes of water where there is no mains supply. A six-inch outlet places it at the large end of portable pumping equipment, built to shift substantial volume per hour rather than to pressurise a small line.

Work of that scale means site dewatering, flood response, irrigation across large areas, and drawing from rivers, canals and open water. Because it is diesel driven it can run continuously and be refuelled in place, which is what matters when a pump has to keep going overnight or through a weather event.
