The TIG-250 is a TIG welding machine for work where the appearance of the weld and control of heat input both matter. Tungsten inert gas welding puts less heat into the joint than the other common processes, which is what makes it the right choice on thin sheet, on stainless steel, and anywhere distortion would spoil the part.
Because filler is added by hand and independently of the arc, TIG gives fine control over bead size and penetration. That suits pipework, dairy and food fittings, exhaust and body repair, and any fabrication where the weld will be seen rather than painted over.
